Pimm® Solutions with ten nominees for Deloitte Rising Star Award 2016

Rotterdam, 16/09/2016 - Pimm® Solutions, market leader in smart one-stop shops for gift vouchers, flowers, cakes and other attentions for business use, belongs to the fastest growing young Dutch tech companies. Nominated by Deloitte, Pimm® Solutions competes with nine other companies for the title Rising Star 2016 or Most Disruptive Innovator 2016. The election is part of the annually returning Deloitte Technology Fast50.

The nomination has been determined on the basis of the percentage turnover growth in the last four years. On 13 October, the jury will announce the final result after a pitch of the nominees. Founder Leonie Schipperus-Benjamins is "very proud": "In the past five years we have invested in people, product development and business development. Our customers believe in our service and thanks to them, we have seen our turnover grow year after year. It is amazing that we now see this success in this nomination. "
This year Pimm® Solutions has connected the 5000th supplier in the network for the web shop for business courtesies. Plans for the future are also there. In this way, Pimm® Solutions hopes to generate more name recognition among users, and also abroad.

The Deloitte Technology Fast50 selects companies based on percentage sales growth over the past four years, but shorter-lived companies can participate in the Technology Fast50 program in the Rising Star category. They are assessed on turnover potential and scalability, instead of on growth figures.
